Big Turn Music Fest
The Big Turn Music Fest in Red Wing, MN, was founded by Sam Brown and launched in 2018. Brown, a musician and community advocate, envisioned the festival as a way to bring a multi-venue, city-wide music experience to Red Wing, inspired by festivals like SXSW and MWMF.
Since its inception, Big Turn has grown into a two-day winter music festival, featuring over 100 bands across multiple venues, and has become a key cultural event that supports local businesses and showcases diverse musical talent.
